Fix major perf hit when drawing xfrippery controls


In the xFripperyXNAControls.VisualControl.DrawControl method the sprite batch has to begin draw the single control then end right away inorder to render properly. sritebatch has issues with the sissorrectangle on the graphics device so rendering all the controls in one fel swoop will not work. This needs to be figured out because currently a noticable perf hit is apparent after only about 200-250 controls are on screen and batch drawing all controls allows for 2000+ controls on screen before a noticable perf hit is apparent.

This issue was closed because it related to old Release 2 version which has since been replaced.
